Job Description

Borderless is one of the fastest growing platforms for the organisation of hiring and remote work.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing scale-up at a crucial phase of growth and help change an industry for the better.

This is a new role is in our San Fransisco-based marketing team, where you will support the brand team on all things social. Your role as Head of Global Marketing will involve engaging with our community and being the voice of the brand, planning original content and engagement ideas, developing a social strategy, and working closely with media and creative agencies to bring campaigns to life.

You’ll report into the CMO and join a fast-growing startup in the early stages, with a high degree of influence, and help us change an industry.

Job Responsibilities

  • Setting the strategy, and executing the delivery of all marketing activities; including performance marketing, CRM and communications, as the company scales across the UK and internationally
  • Managing and building a high performing marketing team while working closely with the company founder and other senior management members to ensure that the strategy is in line with the overall company objectives
  • Oversee budget and performance of all marketing channels in alignment with overall commercial performance
  • Working with stakeholders across the business to create and define our B2C, B2B and employer brand that positions Stint as the market leader in flexible work
  • Analyse player behaviours, cohorts and segments delivering the most appropriate CRM campaigns, promotions, CRM messages and loyalty benefits that acquire, convert, retain and reactivate the maximum % of students and hospitality customers possible
