We take pride in the experience we provide to our clients and offering top support is part of that. You will be able to reach a member of our team 24/7 however we must caveat that this may not result in an immediate resolution of your problem.

Are we regularly audited?

Currently, our corporate governance does not require regular audits however as part of our responsibility to our own shareholders we have strict internal reporting and governance processes in place.

Furthermore, following the recent acquisition of a UK foreign exchange company our UK entity is now regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Are we insured against any potential compliance risks?

Borderless has in place a number of business insurance policies in order to limit any risk to your business.

From a compliance and tax perspective, the legal responsibility of this falls on the employer of record and therefore safeguards you from any compliance risk should it occur.

Is there a minimum number of staff?

There is no minimum and no maximum, however, most of our clients are processing in excess of £500,000 each year.
