This is a new role to support the growth of our UK Employer of Record structure where you will join Borderless' team to focus on growing partnerships with companies in the Isle of Man.

You’ll report into the UK General Manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the Corporate Partnerships Manager to grow income from key partnerships in the Isle of Man and discuss the tax advantaged arrangements.

• Manage and lead a number of your own partnerships ensuring their growth and maximising opportunity to deliver income targets and strategic value

• Work collaboratively with staff across the company.

• Effectively monitor partnership activity and finances.
